Hi girls. Sorry to send out this message again. I am looking for a roommate to share a gorgeous townhouse across the street from Atlantic Station. I found an amazing roommate, but he had to move because he changed jobs so the search is back on.

I am renting out a bedroom, private bathroom, living room, and half bath so there is tons of space even if you have your own living room furniture. The house has granite countertops, washer/dryer, hardwood floors throughout, a big balcony with space for patio furniture and a grill, and is in walking distance to LA Fitness, a movie theatre, and the shops and restaurants of Atlantic Station. There is also an alarm system.

I am 27 and am in Pharmaceutical Sales so I work 9 to 5 most days. I am fun and easygoing. I don't go out much during the week, but I do occcasionally have a few girlfriends over for dinner. I usually go out on the weekends but am definitely not a partier. I have two sweet, small dogs who are well behaved so you wouldn't have to worry about your stuff. I am open to a roommate with a dog as well. I am fairly clean but definitely not obsessive about it. Also, because you would have your own living room, the only shared area would be the kitchen and dining area.

I am looking to find someone between now and June 1. The rent is $800/month plus half of utilities, but I am willing to negotiate if I can find someone who is rarely home due to travel for work. You can't beat the price for this amount of space in this neighborhood. One bedrooms start at around $1000/month. I have attached some pictures of the home.
