Hello Maxim,

My name is Jon Pierre and I'm a composer for games, films, and the like. If you'll be needing music, consider me for the job. ?I have years of experience in the entertainment industry and I've just finished up another video game for a developer in Germany (I'm not allowed to say who or what due to my non disclosure agreement). ?My rates are affordable and negotiable so feel free to get in touch to discuss what your musical needs will be for the game. ?Below are a few links to some of my recent works. ?Thanks for watching.

I now live in Chicago, so if you'd like to meet we can do that as well. ?Thanks once again and I hope to speak with you soon.

?Hello Pankaj,

Thank you very much for offering to help with the hosting needs. We probably don't need lots of space. All I need is a directory somewhere where I can place zip files of the projects and have them accessible through HTTP. So however you want me to have access to some directory on your server, is up to you.

I will gather the projects and put them there. I will then make an announcement with links so people can download them.

I am not sure how much space we will need but I predict it will be very little. For now you can set a quota of say 200mb if you want and provide me with some user/pass.

Thanks a Lot and it is much appreciated!

Hello,

I can help the Meetup with hosting needs and at no cost. Even though I am a registered member of the group I am? in Buffalo Grove (about 35 miles north of North-side of Chicago and, as such, haven't been able to attend my first meeting. STill, I'm very eager to participate in the meetup and I think this might be a good way to get to meet a few people in the meetup group.

Please let me know if I can help. I can be reached at[masked] at your convenience..

Subject: [gamedev-174] Game Projects Update

?Hello Everyone!

In regards to the game demos that people have worked on I would like to announce the project a success. Despite nobody creating a playable game by the allotted time, I think this is a success because we learned something very important. We learned how hard it is to work with other people. I hope that you learned something about yourself and that this little experiment helped you grow as a person and enlarged your view of game development. This shit isn't easy ;-)

I would like all the groups to release their project assets, all code, art, etc. Even if your project wasn't playable, I think it is still a great learning experience to see the guts of other projects. And I am sure all groups are interested to see what others have done.

What I need is a place to host these projects. Does anyone have available space to host these projects as read-only?

I will announce further when I have the hosting situation figured out.

Hope to see everyone at the next meetup! Bring your thinking caps for something fun we can do.

Maxim Noah Khailo
