No Kidding Phoenix is a social club for couples, singles and empty nesters. Membership is open to any adult who has never parented or parents that no longer have children/grandchildren living in their home.

Our goal is to have 3 events per month and to have active members that participate on a regular basis

basic rules of membership:

(1) We are NOT a singles club, a dating service or a swingers group.

(2) People who fail to show up for an activity for which they have RSVP'd, without the consideration of an e-mail or phone call, will be removed. While we certainly understand that things happen, this behavior should not be excessive as it takes seats away from those who would have liked to attend an activity in your place.

(3) Rudeness towards any of the members and/or organizers will absolutely NOT be tolerated.

(4) For everyone's safety, house parties are only open to members who have attended at least one previous event.

(5) All members are responsible for covering the cost of their own meals, drinks, entertainment, etc., including tax and gratuity of 18-20%.

(6) We charge a small yearly membership due of $10 per couple or single (singles may bring a guest to any activity with appropriate RSVP) to offset what Meetup.com charges us for running the site and any advertising we may do. We accept checks and cash and no refunds will be given.

New Members: Will be allowed to attend one Meetup prior to paying dues so you can see if you are interested in joining us. All new members must attend their first Meetup within 60 days of signup. Members who do not attend their first Meetup within 60 days of signup, or pay their dues within 15 days of attending their first Meetup, will be removed from the group.

Current Members: Yearly renewal membership dues are payable in January of each year. We will send you a courtesy reminder email. If payment is not received by the end of January, we will assume you no longer wish to be part of the group and your profile will be deleted.

(7) All members are encouraged to attend a minimum of 6 events in a year. This is a social group and a place to make friends. We want people to be active.

(8) Members are required to host/ess 1 event per year. It can be anything or your choosing. You can team up with another member. If its a couple that joined you can have a Mens night event and Ladies night event on the same day.
