St. Anthony's Feast

***We will be meeting just outside of Quincy Market at Faneuil Hall and will walk to the north end from there. To get to Faneuil hall take the green line toward Boston to either Government Center or Haymarket station.*** For those of you who arrive late St. Anthony's Feast takes plan on Endicott Street in the North End. We are meeting at quincy market because it will be very crowded at the festival.

If you plan on arriving later than 12pm you can reach me at[masked]-8615. Saint Anthony’s Feast has been celebrated since 1919 in the North End of Boston and has become the largest Italian Religious Festival in New England. Named the “Feast of all Feasts” by National Geographic Magazine, this authentic Italian street festival has it all for people of every age: parades, strolling singers, live entertainment, contests and religious services are held daily. You don't have to be religious to enjoy any of the above mentioned things, especially the food! Fun for all!

Why don't we all head over to the famous Bova bakery after the festivities for some late night espresso and cannolis.

Can I make a gentle suggestion only because I legitimately want to help: If you post a Map location at the top of the page, can it be the actual place where we meet up? Because right now it says Endicot St. but below it says Quincy Market. Some one could end up going to the wrong place. Just trying to help.

  • Albert

I was misinformed about the date of the carnival, it is actually taking place on September 12th.

So are we still meeting first for the Cambridge Carnival then going over to the North End together? Or are we going to meet at Fanueil Hall for St. Anthony's Feast? Where and when? Can't wait!!!

    Hi Albert,
This is just a thought, but perhaps we could all meet somewhere in the Fanueil Hall area and walk over to the North End? I'm just thinking about the mob of people who will be there. So meeting outside of that area might be easier.

    Hi Amanda,
I'm not sure where we're meeting, but I am just as curious about that too. Since Albert is the organizer, we should ask him if he has a place in mind to meet that everyone can get to easily.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
