I own one Chi - a boy named Ebby. He is a rescue dog that came to me at a difficult time in my life a little over a year ago. He is an angel and my best friend. The new-ish rescue shelter in South East Austin, where I got him, said on the "Friendliness Scale" (whatever that is lol, but glad they have it), that he is "Highly Friendly." I can attest to this. He loves all types of people. The only catch is that he is extremely shy and doesn't know how to socialize with other dogs. He is definitely not aggressive. When approached by other dogs, and when they try "communicating" with him, he either just freezes up and finds the best time to get away, or he just gets away entirely. I'm not sure if he had a bad experience before being picked up at the shelter, or at the shelter, or if he was just the runt of his litter or something. At any rate, I'd love for him to learn to socialize and make friends. I'm also excited to meet other Chihuahua owners.
