Cha-sho-bo, Sya-jyao, Shin-jyao lo su, Oh well that's all dim sum, except the last. I love Taiwanese food also, the most. And wanna try more!

Authentic cooking like in actual parts of China. Something like "Understanding China" talks with speakers who can present on one aspect of China, then Q and A, then chat and social. Language exchange to a lesser degree.
Authenticity and it's local
Grew up in Maine. I shared a house with several Chinese architects in Boston and they would teach me little things. But really I don't know much. My grandmother was so interested in China, now I'm more interested.
