Office Manager
Office Manager needed for a small, fast-paced, Center City Philadelphia law firm. We are seeking an office manager who will be responsible for all non-legal operations, including human resources and administrative activities of supervising, organizing and coordinating the day to day office operations and procedures.  Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and experience working in an office.   
 
Requirements:
 
·         Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin).  Other language skills a plus.  
·         Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
·         Excellent organizational and communication skills;
·         Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate appropriate initiative when making decisions and problem-solving;
·         Proficiency in MS Office;
·         Knowledge of QuickBooks.
 
 
 
Office Administrator
 
Office Administrator needed for a small, fast-paced, Center City Philadelphia law firm.  You must be able to work in a fast paced high-volume environment, be organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have excellent customer service skills. Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) / English is required for this position. Other language skills are a plus.
 
The ideal candidate should be able to:
·         Greet visitors, answer and route phone calls, accurately record and relay telephone messages;
·         Prepare and draft outgoing communications in the form of letters, faxes, and emails;
·         Organize and coordinate routine office operations;
·         Pick up and sort daily mail and other deliveries and process outgoing mail;
·         Assist attorneys and other personnel as needed.
 
 
 
Paralegal/Legal Assistant
Bilingual (Mandarin/English) Paralegal needed for a small, fast-paced, Center City Philadelphia law firm.  This position requires a high degree of attention to detail, organization, and multitasking. Previous paralegal experience and other language abilities a plus.
 
The ideal candidate should be able to:
·         Prepare and draft outgoing communications in the form of letters, faxes, and emails;
·         Keep clients informed by maintaining contact and communicating case progress;
·         Assist with the preparation of legal documents;
·         Perform legal research;
·         Organize and maintain client files;
·         Assist attorneys as needed.
