You should add this to the meetup calendar. You could have bill make this a recurring meetup that happens on the same Sunday at the same time each month or week depending on how often you want to meet.  that way you can have a regular study session scheduled, get an accurate head count and control the number of people attending to keep it manageable.

This Sunday, Dec. 14, at 1:30pm I would like to invite anyone who is interested in going over a Chinese pod lesson as a group to join me at my house where we will listen to the lesson, go over vocabulary and grammar, and practice reading the dialogue.

I'm not a native Chinese speaker or professional teacher, but I am someone who has experience learning and working with Chinese.

Please let me know if you are interested in attending, and I will choose a lesson that is at the appropriate level. I live in Reston- if you email me I will send you the address.

Regards,

-Caitlin
