Would like to spend an evening conversing in lower intermediate Mandarin. Anyone interested in meeting in central London after work to do this?

I can be at the small Starbucks on Strand, in front of Macdonals and opposite charing cross station tomorrow at 5.30pm, is anyone available to come around that time or 6pm? all others attending can then joining whenerver they finish work ! ....otherwise it would be a very long wait for me until 7 pm in this icy cold wheather!!?! also, how easy is to identify each other?
