"I am suggesting a library gathering in a seminar room for a small group. I called a few and they said not all of them have seminar room, and there is no reservation and available for first come first serve. Calling more branches...."

"Great group of people--would be better next time to either go around the table with introductions, or switch seats every few minutes to be able to talk to everyone. A little more structure would be good for me."
