I am an acupuncturist, and I am asking for your help.
I am sending you this web site with the Federal Acupuncture Coverage Act of 2009, HR 646 IH.
To access the Act, Please click on the link below.
Over there is an " Effective Date" stating that "The amendments made by this subsection applies with respect to services (acupuncture) provided on or after January 1, 2010.
What this means?
Can I charge Medicare patients and Federal Employees, for acupuncture?
