Fantastic lecture, highly informative. The tasting was wonderful, not just for the bit of chocolate, but learning how best to conduct comparative tastings on your own. Great job!

A highly educational discussion covering the various aspects of chocolate. Working conditions of cocoa farmers, genetics, and the politics of fair trade chocolate among other topics were talked about. Clay Gordon's knowledge of chocolate is vast!

Tasting is five to seven dollars per person - cash at door. You have option to participate or just listen to lecture and mingle for free. Just let us know in your rsvp that you want to do tasting so we have enough for all participants.
