Any sort of chocolate tastings would be a lot of fun. What I would be interested in most of all would be watching or learning how chocolate is made.

I am new to this group, and I saw that you were too. I found that the food you wanted to try was interesting. You thought of Austrian, Russian, and Ethiopian. I've had Ethiopian in the west coast, and it was really really good. but I hear that the Ethiopian is not that good in NYC. Russian and Austrian is all unknown for me.
So if you ever get a chance to go let me know how it is!
