You can start making reservations at Hotel Frank on Monday. Of course we are using #CoEMS for our group rate of $99.00/night.
The meetup will be in the F Room of the hotel from 4pm to 7pm.
Hotel Frank has a restaurant on the premises. Max's on the Square. I heard their food is great. They will also cater the meetup.
Look forward to seeing everyone.

Update on the reservations for Hotel Frank. Due to today being a holiday, MLK Day, we are running a day behind. I will be checking with them in the morning (PST) to make sure everything gets into the reservations system.

Apparently when you click on the link you can only reserve the room for the 12th, but if you call them they will extend it for as many nights as possible.

Just a reminder, if you are planning to stay in San Francisco for the Chronicles of EMS preview. Hotel Frank may still have rooms availble at the $99/per night rate if you ask for the EMS Group rate. You need to call the reservations number 1-800-553-1900.

Lori+1 guestI had a great time! So many interesting and fun people were there. Loved the pilot Chronicles of EMS show and the fact it was presented on 2 screens. I was impressed with the catered food and totally unexpected open beer/wine/soda bar. Best of all I finally met some wonderful people from Twitter in person for the 1st time!
