Thanks to Saws for teaching Power Grid to James and me. He taught us just enough to give him a run for his money but not enough to beat him. Just kidding. I'm taking my loss hard since I actually work for the electric company! Oh the shame.

Played 7 Wonders. 3 of the 5 players were new to the game, and one of them (Bethany) won with 62 points (mostly guild and military). In contrast, the last 3 places were 38, 39 and 40 points. Fun was had by all. I had hoped to play some second game, but nothing else got started soon enough.

Thanks for encouraging me to recount my money during Power Grid. Between that and the fact that I didn't see the third city I could build on that turn! The coffee had not kicked in yet, I was so worn out. Had fun, thanks everyone.

One table played 7 Wonders with Rammy, and another played Power Grid with Saws.

My group played World Without End. Ron fought hard, but after I did two building projects, I had an unstoppable lead.

We ended early, but had a good time.

Miles, I would be interested in Power Grid, but I have never played it either. We can figure it out if there isn't anyone available to teach it to us. :)

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
