How did you arrive at being an atheist?

I was a practicing Catholic for 30 years, and I was in the Knights of Columbus. I began to question my belief in 1997 when I was in Buffalo, NY. Much of my faith was based on Pascal's Wager, but I did not find that the Christian faith was any more valid than any other faith. I attended a Coming Home program of a local Catholic Church because I was looking for a reason why I should stay with the faith. I eventually concluded that atheism is the only belief that works for me.
