We are a supportive, mixed ability Yoga group who practice at the beautiful and airy Christ the Saviour church on Eaking Broadway every Tuesday 1900 - 2015. We practice asanas (postures), Breathing teachniques (pranayama), meditation and relaxation. The classes are challenging yet mindful, with a strong and authentic spiritual bent.

Join us if you would like to make some valuable contacts and friends, swap skills, learn from each other and share advice through experience. This is a community of like-minded individuals who support each other. Everyone has something to share whether it is their skill or something they have learnt along the way.
