This is a group for widows and widowers. It's where we can come together to talk about our sorrows, celebrations and issues in general. The purpose of this group is to talk, laugh, cry and share with those who understand this journey thru grief. Everyone is unique, but we are in this together. We understand. Please join us if you have lost your spouse recently or long ago. We gather at local restaurants because it's helpful for many to just get out and meet others (and we like to eat!).

Mental Abuse does not leave a mark like physical abuse so it is easy to ignore. Most abuse support groups deal with physical/sexual abuse. It would be nice to have some support for all the psychological growth that comes with recovering from Mental Abuse.
