Local Co-ed biking group ages 21 and up to ride bikes in a group setting. This is a non competitive group that is created to build social networks of bike riders. The idea is to get people out and form a "Trail Riding Community" statewide. Movin' Forward is a support group for long term bariatric surgery patients in Northeast Ohio. The majority of our members are 18 months or more out of bariatric surgery. Our members represent a cross section of patients. Our group offers many ways of interacting and sharing knowledge with fellow long-term post-op bariatric surgery patients.
