Having trouble keeping weight off? Have you tried a lot of the diet fads, crash diets, infomercials, shakes, bars, and other unrealistic long term diets? Well this group is to sit down with others and talk about what works and what don't work . keep a journal of food and exercises we do. Measure by body fat calipers and not a scale or digital machine. Get advice from area experts and especially discuss weight gain as a result of medication.

We will meetup to see movies of all genres. There will be at least a movie every two weeks sometimes more often depending on what's playing.
