This is a playgroup for LGBT parents with kids of any age (or even those pregnant, or considering). SF and South Bay parents are welcome too!

Satsang means 'to be with what is true'. The guiding intention of this mindful gathering is to explore the practice of meditation, and hold a space for one's coming into a greater clarity of what is. The gathering includes 30 minutes of silent meditation, followed by open discussion, and concludes with sanskrit chants. Truly meditation is our natural state.
