We are a growing group of people dedicated to cultivating wellness and fulfillment. We gather every Monday evening from 7:30-9:30p at Alameda Community Acupuncture (1716 Lincoln Ave in Alameda, CA) to practice qigoing, meditation, and inquiry together. Basic instruction is provided and practitioners of all experience levels are welcome. There is no cost to practice with us.
