This enables us to work together as a group while still challenging each individual. \nWhere is the locatio n we will meet?\nWest Harrison/White Plains classes are on Tuesday & Thurs day at 6AM & Saturday at 7AM and meet at the West Harrison Athletic Field ( 1 Casarella Way). \nBronxville classes begin at 6 AM\, 10 AM\, and 6:30 PM . We will meet at the Lower Boyscout Field (near the baseball field) locat ed at 1820 Midland Avenue. All classes last one hour.\nWhat types of exer cises are included in the program?\nWe strive for total fitness\, which dem ands the selection of many different types of exercise. For cardio conditio ning\, we run\, skip rope (don’t worry if your not good at skipping rope\, we have ways around that)\, and do a variety of footwork and callisthenic d rills. For improved flexibility\, we combine dynamic and static stretches a s well as yoga\, kickboxing\, and other martial arts drills.
