Thanks \n\nThi s is a 7 mile winter backpack along Minister Creek in the Allegheny Nationa l Forest up'ere in Warren\,PA. There is a larger group going with the North east Ohio Backpacking Club. They planned on meeting on New Years in the AM but I thought that it would be nice to drive up the night before instead of waking at 6AM to drive up there. The actual backpack starts on Jan 1st and will cover 7 miles over a day and a half. We can return later in the eveni ng on the second or camp out a third night and head back early on the 3rd. The events range from a small bar to large hall\, and several thousand NYE partiers spread out o ver the resort.\n\nThe snow tubing runs in 2-hour sessions and costs $25 fo r adults and $20 for children ages 4-11.
