Favourite Book as a child

Pride and Prejudice. My mom loved period pieces and we would watch BBC specials. I wanted to read the real thing and that's how I got into the classics.

Favourite Book as an adult

I love Kafka on the Shore by Murakami and Interpreter of Maladies by Jhumpa Lahiri.

Favourite author/s

Haruki Murakami, Jhumpa Lahiri, Jane Austen, Edith Wharton

Classic book you want to read but haven't yet

I read Anna Karenina in high school, but didn't pay much attention. I would love to revisit that. I also want to read Madame Bovary.

Best excuse for not reading a classic book

I don't have any.

Hi I recently moved to Boston, love reading and discussing books, and would love to make new friends. I miss having intellectual conversations, and haven't had a chance for much since I've moved here. Looking forward to this.
