Added Second (Afternoon) Meeting on Sunday, March 22 (Brave New World)

Dear Group,

As it is Monday, the 16th, and we still have 29 people planning to attend this month's Brave New World meeting, we've decided to add a second meeting on Sunday afternoon. We've been contacted by the folks at Half Price Books in Capitol Hill, and they are very excited at the prospect of hosting our group. As the group has gotten so large, and a second meeting has become necessary, I'm inclined to take them up on their offer. This Sunday afternoon meeting, at 1:00, has now been posted.

Can I please beg your indulgance to revisit the r.s.v.p. part of the website once again, and make a choice between the morning (11:00) meeting at the Cafe Allegro and the afternoon (1:00) meeting at Half Price Books. Might I suggest that the folks on the waiting list please sign up for the afternoon meeting in Capitol Hill. For those of you who are already signed up for the Cafe Allegro morning meeting, please feel free to switch to the afternoon meeting, if this is more convenient. (Please do remember, however, to take yourself off of the morning meeting if you're making the switch.)

Half price books has offered to provide complimentary beverages (coffee, tea, etc.,) as well as parking. They are also offering us 15% off coupons, in the event that we'd like to buy something. These coupons don't have an expiration, and can be used at any time. Hopefully, this provides an incentive. With a little luck, we'll achieve something close to a 50/50 split. If you can switch to the afternoon meeting, it will certainly be appreciated. The address of Half Price Books is posted on the website. They are a few blocks down the hill from Broadway, between Olive and Denny.

As I say, please revisit the website, and make your choice between the morning and afternoon meeting. Your flexibility is greatly appreciated.

Hope everyone is enjoying the book. I think it will provide two very lively discussions.

Thanks all,
Gary
