Announcing a new Meetup for The Classic Literature Book Club!

What: March Meetup - Brideshead Revisited

When: Sunday, March 28,[masked]:00 AM

Where:
Half Price Books
115 Belmont Ave. East
Seattle, WA 98122
[masked]

Join us in March for an in depth discussion of Brideshead Revisted, a novel first published in 1945 by the English writer Evelyn Waugh. Waugh wrote that the novel "deals with what is theologically termed 'the operation of Grace', that is to say, the unmerited and unilateral act of love by which God continually calls souls to Himself". This is achieved by an examination of the Catholic aristocratic Marchmain family, as seen by the narrator, Charles Ryder. Should be quite a change from last month's choice. See you in March.
