Do you want to jump start weight loss or transition to more healthy eating habits? Have you wanted to try a cleanse but prefer to start with a gentle one? A cleanse based on whole, natural foods is the perfect way to act on your intentions and get on track.
Join us for a 21-day Whole Food Cleanse that is designed to be simple, effective, gentle, and "doable" when life is busy. Whole, natural foods are eaten throughout the cleanse, and by the end of 21 days, we will be eating a normal, healthy diet that you can continue to follow if you choose.
Cleanse with Friends is a unique experience—combining the benefits of a whole foods cleanse with the support of holistic nutrition philosophies, guided visualization, and tuning in to the wisdom of our bodies.
This cleanse will be led by Karen Manley Duggan and Amy Sell, holistic nutrition coaches. Karen and Amy are believers in the myriad benefits of cleansing and eating a diet based in whole, natural foods, and have experienced personal transformation in their health through a focus on healthy eating.
Karen and Amy will support the group with weekly education based on holistic nutrition principles, walk cleansers through each step of the cleanse, provide lots and lots of recipes as well as some deliciously nourishing food to sample, and will lead us in group visualization as we set goals and intentions.
Doing a cleanse with a group helps us overcome our personal limitations and barriers as we cleanse. Karen and Amy are dedicated to your success! You're in capable hands!

PLEASE NOTE: This is the kick-off meeting. The actual cleanse will begin on Saturday 4/10 and go through Friday 4/30. Support meetings will be held on Tuesdays: 4/13, 4/20, and 4/27. The registration fee covers all four meetings, plus materials and leader support.
