What if we created a Co-op marketing group? In each meeting we can collaborate and act on what we learn. First, one of the group would report on a topic he/she researched on marketing technology and media. Second, we would help one-another implement our marketing at the meeting in small groups. Third, we would use what we learned to direct referrals to each other, so the "phone starts to ring" and bring in new business. Fourth, we plan the next topic and pick a speaker. Fifth, we organize targets to invite and grow the group.
