Why do you consider yourself an entrepreneur?

I own a for profit Food Consulting business (Ann-Eden Consulting) and a non-profit food/nutrition education business (The Cutting Board Academy).

What is your most difficult challenge as an entrepreneur?

Continual building of my brands... Learning as much as I can about the ins and outs of marketing. Building potential board member


I recently relocated back to the Cleveland area to re-build networks and gain a support system of fellow entrepreneurs to grow and share ideas with.
