      あおう ませんか
aou is the volitional form of au, "to meet"
      "why not?"
but i don't think the sentence is correctly formed,
      but the intended meaning was
      "why not meet?"

わたしには もくようび が よくて、もしよければ らいしゅう の もくようび どこか あおう ませんか?

watashi niwa mokuyoubi ga yokute, moshiyokereba raishuu no mokuyoubi dokoka aoumasenka?

"Thursday is good for me, so if it's ok with you, how about we meet somewhere next Thursday?"

Of course, it would be meeting outside the group.
