Safety Not Guaranteed at the Cedar Lee

Hi everyone,
As expected, the reviews were fantastic for Hipsters.  Thanks to Bill and Alan for organizing.
One slight note of concern:  There were several no-shows or people who cancelled so late that seats went empty.  Please... if you cannot make it, you MUST RSVP  NO.  It must be done early in the day so that Organizers can respond.  I know that it happens from time to time that you end up sick or something, but if it happens a second time, you could be removed from the group.  Sorry for the hard message but we have to be responsible.
MOONRISE KINGDOM - Tuesday night
The "It" movie getting a lot of attention outside the blockbusters is a small film about going to camp in the 60's.  Even if you weren't around or can't relate to all the events of that time, it is a great slice of life about growing up.  Just for variety, we will be meeting at Valley View ahead of time followed by a local Thai / Chinese restaurant afterward.  Due to a high level of popularity, please be sure to be paid up to attend this event.
Did you know that Paul Newman made several acclaimed movies as a director???  I certainly didn't.  The group will be meeting at 7:30 to view this classic and discuss this film about a family of fiercely-independent Oregon loggers. Afterwards we head over to Guarinos in Little Italy.
This really quirky film is a little hard to explain.  It is based on researching an advertisement for someone to go back in time.  Is it true?  Why is that person posting the ad?  Is it safe?  Anyways, we have reserved Grotto at Shaker Square afterward because this will take a lot of discussion afterward.  I hope you can make it.
Still looking for someone who might be interested in organizing JULY 25-AUGUST 19, 2012 - Cinema at the Square at Playhouse Square.  Come see the classic films on the big screen.
If any of these events look interesting to you, let me know and I can get you squared away to schedule one or more films.
Also, check this link for a list of all film Festivals and movie organizations in town (under menu option "Pages")
There are several great films coming up.  We need some organizers to pick some for the group to enjoy.
If you have already paid, thank you very much and no need to look further.
Otherwise, your dues of $5.00 are very important in  order for us to host directors coming into town and pay for the website.  Please select the link or pay your organizer AT THE NEXT GROUP EVENT if you haven't already.
