Re: [movies-320] Favorite Movies of 2008

I'm thinking that Jim was referring to movies released (or showing in theaters) in 2008, in which case I would vote for Slumdog, Milk, Into the Wild, Vicky Christina Barcelona, and There Will Be Blood (this last one may have been released in 2007).

Hi everyone

I thought I would throw out some favorite movies of mine. What about you? All the better if you can share a few that may not be all that well known. Mine include:

* Slumdog Millionaire
* Tell No One - An excellent French mystery that could have been produced by Alfred Hitchcock.
* Man on Wire - Excellent documentary about the tight rope walk done between the World Trade Center buildings in 1972.
* Young at Heart - -This is one movie I wish I had scheduled to see with the group. It is about a senior citizens group that goes on the road to perform Rock / Punk / Alternative music.

What about you?
