Re: [movies-320] Favorite Movies of 2008

Ah the thrill of finding a favorite movie when you least expect it! I like Indies and came across one of the funniest comedies I have ever seen. It is called, "Don't Talk So Dumb," and it can be found on Amazon and Filmbaby. It is a little rough around the edges but the dialogue is what makes it so funny. As far as mainstream movies go, I like Duets and Space Cowboys, two films that never got much attention. Oh, and another indie called, "Decaf.". Available on Amazon.

Hi everyone

I thought I would throw out some favorite movies of mine. What about you? All the better if you can share a few that may not be all that well known. Mine include:

* Slumdog Millionaire
* Tell No One - An excellent French mystery that could have been produced by Alfred Hitchcock.
* Man on Wire - Excellent documentary about the tight rope walk done between the World Trade Center buildings in 1972.
* Young at Heart - -This is one movie I wish I had scheduled to see with the group. It is about a senior citizens group that goes on the road to perform Rock / Punk / Alternative music.

What about you?
