I can walk to the Blue line (Van Aken intersection).  It is a little closer to 271 if you are driving.

However, you could also use the Green line which has more parking (Green rd and Shaker).

Jim,

Linda and I are seriously considering taking the rapid. I've never use RTA. Which route do you use?

Hi everyone

We are only 8 days away from the biggest movie event of the year. The Cleveland International Film Festival.

For those of you who have never attended before, you do not want to miss this amazing event. This film festival has a very good reputation among film makers all over the world.

On the first Saturday, the group will be meeting to see two films (or one if you like). Queen to Play is more on the serious side while A Matter of Size is just plain funny. I am hoping you can make one or both films.

Getting there: I am very fortunate to live right off the Rapid line, so for me, it is a very easy commute. If you must commute by car, please allow about 15 minutes waiting time just to get into the parking lot since the main entrance is currently closed. I would strongly suggest looking into taking a bus or the rapid to get there. Please allow enough time. For more info: http://www.clevelandfilm.org/downloads/CIFF_parking_flyer_2010.pdf

I will be starting two Message Board threads.

1. Upcoming films you are recommending: http://movies.meetup.com/320/messages/boards/thread/8730784
2. Reviews of Films you have already seen: http://movies.meetup.com/320/messages/boards/thread/8730793

Last year, the group went to see "Cherry Blossoms", which turned out for many of us to be the best film we had seen in years - anywhere. Let's hope for another home run of a film.
