This came from another list I'm on. Since it seems that there's some
titles which jive with interests expressed here on this list, I thought
it was worth a forward.

Larry Everest is the author of "Oil, Power & Empire: Iraq and the U.S.
Global Agenda" (Common Courage 2004). He has covered the Middle East and
Central Asia for over 25 years for /Revolution/ newspaper and other
publications, reporting from Iran, Iraq, Palestine and India. Everest
traveled to Iran in 1979 and 1980, shortly after the revolution,
interviewed Islamic militants holding the U.S. Embassy, and reported
from Iranian Kurdistan. He testified before the 2005 World Tribunal on
Iraq in Istanbul, and helped organize the[masked] Bush Crimes
Commission. He's a contributor to "Impeach the President - the Case
Against Bush and Cheney" from 7 Stories Press. His recent articles can
be found at www.revcom.us <http://www.revcom...;, including his 9-part
series The U.S. & Iran: A History of Imperialist Domination,
Intrigue and Intervention at _revcom.us/iran-history_
<http://revcom.us/...;

/ <http://revcom.us/.... Everest is appearing in Cleveland to
support Revolution newspapers //Expansion and $500,000 Fund
Drive. Donations welcomed!/

At a moment when much of humanity finds itself in a living hell, when
the horror of the U.S. occupation of Iraq threatens to escalate into a
war against Iran, and when the future of the planet itself is
threatened, /Revolution /newspaper must be out there much more boldly
and much more broadlyexposing what is going on, revealing /why, /and
pointing to a revolutionary solution in the interests of the vast
majority of humanity.
