Reminds me of what my grandmother said about Cain and Abel – you know, the murderer would be marked forever so she thought that was how black people were created.  Of course, I thought that the same could be true about white people.  After all, the garden of eden was depicted as being bright and sunny

Would you think to match your home-grown painting skills against a classical artist? Probably not, but that’s just what a well-intentioned woman in her 80s did recently in Spain.
