Pretty disgusting! There is a bit of a dilemma on the issue of taxing non-profits, though, even applied to these scheming scammers.

As Ed Tabash pointed out at the CFI conference, any new rules on taxing these non-profits would have to apply to all non-profit corps. At this past weekend's FFRF conference, Annie Laurie Gaylor pointed out that by law they are allowed a "housing allowance" for their work as co-presidents of their non-profit.

Trouble is, these religious scammers seem to be profiting awfully well from their supposed "non-profits"! There has to be a line somewhere.
