Sadly there is no unified curriculum that has critical thinking in Ohio high schools.
I essentially had to create my own as part of my OGT reading intervention course which piggybacks on English II.
My kids have essentially zero critical thinking skills when I get them in 10th, 11th, and sometimes even 12th grade.

Loons. Of course teachers ought to be able to answer questions, but
until the loons can prove that
1) God (THEIR god) exists
2) their God created the world according to the bible story
3) their God is not dumber than the half-baked in-home marijuana growers
who know enough to install growing lights BEFORE installing their plants
they have no argument.
