FFRF vs. Religious privlege

From: Mark T.

The Freedom From Religion Foundation has filed a 2nd lawsuit against the IRS- the first, filed in November, was for the IRS' failure to enforce churches' compliance with rules regarding political endorsements by non-profit groups.

This second lawsuit covers the preferential treatment that religion-based non-profits get, compared to others- it's hard to see how they wouldn't have standing in this one, but the courts are good at weaseling to protect religious privilege!

PDF of the lawsuit is attached.
