I agree that it would be good to find out exactly why their logo was placed on the wall of sponsors.  If they were just rending a booth, I would be less concerned than if they donated money, personnel, equipment, or anything else, but I think even that would be questionable.  Imagine the public reaction if they set up a both at an atheist event.
