Todd,

You bring up another good point.  Our medical records are now freely
available to law enforcement.  Evidently, it's going to help us defeat
Al Qaida.  So be careful what you tell your doctor.  And I imagine that
our DNA-- for all of us who've been to a doctor in this century-- has
already be recorded and lies in a big database somewhere.  Finally,
among the information you don't want in your medical record is anything
about your mental health.  Any adverse history there could make it
easier for someone to have you committed.

By the way, passport forms are available from most post offices.  Info
on exactly which ones is available on the web.
