question
I agree with Michael and think it is a
great idea. Primarily because the exercise not only will give the group a
feeling for a group identity but in formulating our responses for all to view,
it forces all of us to really examine why we think what we do, and that is a
truly freethinking exercise that should be done every so often throughout one's
lifetime, not just once. It is good that it is an ongoing examination, and that
is the essence of being a freethinker, in my opinion, the ability to
periodically examine one's thinking and not to have had an idea once and kept
it without questioning it. It doesn't matter what the outside
influence and beliefs are. We must always question ourselves first and
foremost.
