Grinchy secularists?

The American Humanist Association threatens a lawsuit against a Colorado public school, for partnering with an Xtian org on a holiday gifts-for-kids venture. I can sort of see how to the average American this may appear to be sort of an ass move by secularists, but "Christ"- are there not worthy non-religiously-affiliated children's charities to partner with?
