I have mixed feelings here.  On one hand I agree that this partnering could be unconstitutional. On the other hand, if I was a child, my only concern would be the present, not the mode of delivery. 
 
I'm not comfortable with this partnering, but I'm not sure that it is a grievous violation of the First amendment!
