This Saturday at 1300H (1:00 p.m.), I am having a Meet-Up
through the Historic Preservation and Restoration group.

We bought a house in Bratenahl built around 1900, and it is
in need of a great deal of work. This Saturday, August 13, my
plumber will be there, to discuss the replacement of the
forced air system with a hot water radiant system. As well as
the use of cast iron vs. PVC for the waste line and PEX vs. copper
for the supply lines.

I'll be there to discuss the structural repairs, plaster repairs. And how
to make a bathroom floor water tight.

If you ever wanted to see what termites can do, then come by
to see this new old house.
