Medina Library Gaming with Extended Hours and Free Food!

UPDATE: This month we have extended hours, free food, and door prizes!

Courtesy of the Medina Library, we will be able to stay until 9:00pm, and at some point between the hours of 6:00 and 9:00 the library will provide us with pizza, drinks, and snacks.  They will also raffle off some door prizes.  And this is all 100% free of charge!

So please come and enjoy extended hours and free food from the Medina Library this Saturday!

This Meetup will repeat the first Saturday of each month.

This is an official Medina Library program which will be advertised in the library newsletter and on signage in the library.

This is open to all gamers of all experience levels, so grab some games and come join us for a full day of gaming from 10:00am to 5:00pm.  New to gaming?  That's ok!  We love to teach new games to new people!

We will be meeting for breakfast beforehand at 9:00am.  That is open to anyone who wants to attend.  Please reply in the comments below if you plan on coming to breakfast so we get a big enough table!  Breakfast will be at Eli's Kitchen, 115 Public Square (across the square from the library, walking distance if the weather is nice.)

Great to be part of this group. Had a fun time playing games with an easygoing bunch. Learned some new games too! We had to leave early so missed out on the pizza. Would have loved to have stayed longer to get in on some rail games and Star Trek Catan.

Had a lot of fun. The Library opened up the other part of the room when we got a little crowded. They treated us well.

Don't forget that this month we have library-sponsered extended hours! We will go until 9:00pm, and at some point between 6:00 and 9:00 the library will provide us with pizza, drinks, snacks, and door prizes, all for free!

Also, don't forget that everyone is welcome to join us for breakfast at Eli's diner on the Medina Square (although this is not free, the prices are very reasonable!).

I look forward to seeing everyone there for 11 great hours of gaming (10am-9pm)!

    ASL anyone?

    March 31, 2013

    • Michael

I would be up for some ASL, and it's been more than a year since I played last. I can't make it this time, but keep me in mind next month.

I will be bringing a couple of new games; Love Letter and Ghost Stories (I know it's a few years old, but it's new to me!).

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
