We're hosting a free get-together to give everyone a chance to just take some fun photos and play around with lighting gear. The focus will be on playing with and learning about lighting - it will be a follow-up to the workshop on Sunday, giving the participants a chance to practice some of the many techniques they learned at the workshop, with some guidance from myself and Tim. But it's also a chance to just get everyone together and have some fun, hang out in the studio and take some photos. If you didn't attend the workshop, you're more than welcome to attend this meetup - bring a flash with you if you have one, but if you don't, that's OK too - we'll share!

This is just an informal gathering, so no models or anything - we'll all be models for the night.

Location will be confirmed next week - it will most likely be at the same place as the workshop (Beatnik Studio in Sac).

We'll go from around 6-9, stop by any time and feel free to bring a friend or two (but if you get there before dark, you can make use of Beatnik's beautiful window light - it's amazing! See the shot above for an example...)
