  “ So far, I'm neutral on the issue. The two meetups I've been to have been limited in value (although I have found small bits of wisdom scattered throughout), but I plan to continue going to see if the usefulness of these meetups improve before I can recommend them to anyone. I can't really recommend them to people who've taken the time to read through and understand the Amazon-provided documentation (like I have) because the meetups are really nothing more than a re-hash of that. However, for those who are less technical or have not yet decided to move forward with an AWS infastructure, these meetups will provide more value. ”
