It's time for the THIRD annual CMAD!
Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Community_Manager_Appreciati...![]()
What to do? It's so easy: Thank your Community Manager in blog posts, tweets, hugs, or gift them cupcakes, beer, or bacon.
Or use a combination, everyone knows that Community Managers love bacon hugs.
Use the #CMAD hashtag. (and #BaconHugs)

Just to confirm - no-one is organising this event. Feel free to turn up and get sloshed at Barrio but nothing will be booked, there will be no balloons, or welcoming party. You may be alone. Unless you want to organise in which case go for it :)
The event which is going ahead is here, on Wednesday 25th.

Can I pass on the bacon hugs please? ;-) #vegan
Posted by Charlie Duff January 11 at 7:07 PMHi guys, just to point out we're not actually organising a meet up on this date. The #CMAD event was posted by the people at CommunityManager.com to make everyone aware of the day. But we are, as Nathan says, holding an event later that week - more details on their way.....
Posted by Hannah Waldram January 5 at 12:46 PMOops, thought I was just suggesting a venue, not setting it. Feel free to change. I have the list of people who came to last year's if you fancy it.
Posted by Blaise January 5 at 12:07 PMHi Blaise. Just to double check, is it 8AM not 8pm?
Posted by Richard Moynihan January 5 at 12:27 PMThis meeting is automatically scheduled from the other CM communities that this is linked to but a meeting is being scheduled for the Wednesday of that weekend, in Oxford Circus. Hold tight for details.
